รินดา ถูกจับกุมที่บ้านพักย่านคลองสาม จ.ปทุมธานี และถูกควบคุมตัวไปสอบสวนที่กรมทหารราบที่ 11 รักษาพระองค์ และต้องอยู่ที่นั่น 1 คืน Rinda was arrested at her residence around Klongsam, Pathumthani Province. She was detained for interogation for a night at a military base.
เจ้าหน้าที่ใช้เวลาอยู่ในบ้านของรินดาราวหนึ่งชั่วโมงจากนั้นก็ควบคุมตัวเธอไปยังกรมทหารราบที่ 11 รักษาพระองค์ เพื่อทำการสอบสวน The officers spent an hour at her house, then took Rinda to Milirary Base for investigation.
ต่อมาในวันที่ 14 ตุลาคม 2559 ทหารจากกองพันทหารราบที่1 กรมทหารราบที่ 2 รักษาพระองค์นำกำลังเข้าจับกุมสุนทร ญาติของสุนทรระบุว่าสุนทรมีอาการป่วยทางจิต ทหารจึงนำตัวญาตของสุนทรส่งตรวจที่โรงพยาบาล Later on 14 October 2016, the military from the 1st Infantry Battalion, 2nd Infantry Regiment, Queen's Guard arrested Sunthorn. According to Sunthorn's relative, Sunthorn is suffering from mental sickness the military then brought Sunthorn to a hospital for mental check up.
