• กรรมการที่ไม่เป็นผู้บริหาร ควรมีการประชุมกันเองเป็นครั้งคราว อย่างน้อยหก (6) เดือนต่อครั้ง โดยไม่มีกรรมการที่เป็นผู้บริหารเข้าร่วมประชุมด้วย
  Non-executive directors should arrange at least six (6) meetings a month without the presence of the Company’s executive directors.
• กรรมการอิสระ ควรมีการประชุมกันเองเป็นครั้งคราว อย่างน้อยหก (6) เดือนต่อครั้ง โดยไม่มีกรรมการที่เป็นตัวแทนของหน่วยงานของทางการหรือกรรมการที่เป็นผู้บริหาร เข้าร่วมประชุมด้วย
  The independent directors should arrange at least six (6) meetings a month without the presence of the Company’s directors who are governmental officers or executive directors.
