สารวัตรทหารควบคุมตัวจาตุรนต์ไปยังกองปราบปราม และเมื่อไปถึงก็ให้ขึ้นไปยังห้องประชุมทันที ไม่อนุญาตให้สัมภาษณ์กับสื่อมวลชน ต่อมาพนักงานสอบสวนต่างทยอยกันเข้าปฏิบัติหน้าที่ the military police brought Chaturon to the crime suppression division and immediately took him to the meeting room, and did not allow him to give any interview to the media. The inquiry officers who will investigate Chaturon gradually came into the room.
จาตุรนต์ถูกควบคุมตัวในสถานที่ปิดลับซึ่งน่าจะเป็นค่ายทหารเป็นเวลาสองคืน เขาปรากฎตัวอีกครั้งในวันที่ 29 พฤษภาคม 2557 เมื่อเจ้าหน้าที่ทหารควบคุมตัวเขามาตั้งข้อกล่าวหาที่กองบังคับการปราบปราม Chaturon was remanded in custory at the Bangkok Remand Prison for 9 days from 29 May to 6 June 2014. He was released after the court granted him bail.
