สงวน อดีต ส.ส. พรรคเพื่อไทย ถูกดำเนินคดีในข้อหาฝ่าฝืนประกาศ คสช. 41/2557 ไม่มารายงานตัวตามคำสั่ง คสช. เบื้องต้นสงวนต้องการปฏิเสธว่า เขาอยู่ต่างประเทศ จึงไม่สามารถมารายงานตัวภายในเวลาได้ แต่ต่อมาเปลี่ยนใจเป็นรับสารภาพ Sanguan, former Phue Thai MP, was prosecuted under NCPO annoucemnt no.41/2557 for not reporting to NCPO in time. Initially he denied the charge because he was not in the country and cannot report in time but later changed to confess.
