สร้างขึ้นเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2515 ในสมัยพลตำรวจตรีวิเชียร ศรีมันตร อดีตผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดอุบลฯ ประกอบพิธีวางศิลาฤกษ์ เมื่อวันที่ 27 สิงหาคม 2515 โดยสมเด็จพระมหาวีรวงศ์ พระวัดศรีมหาธาตุ บางเขน กรุงเทพฯ เป็นประธานในพิธี The Ubon Ratchathani Law Courts were built in 2515 B.E. in the times of Police Major General Wichien Srimuntorn, an ex-governor of Ubon Ratchathani. The foundation stone was laid during a ceremony held on the 27th August 2515. The ceremony was presided over by Somdet Phra Maha Wirawong, a monk from Sri Mahathat Temple, Bang Khen, Bangkok.
