มาตรา 1568 เมื่อบุคคลใดมีบุตรติดมาได้สมรสกับบุคคลอื่น อำนาจปกครองที่มีต่อบุตรอยู่กับผู้ที่บุตรนั้นติดมา And clause 1568 (CCCT) states that "where a person who already has a child marries another person, the parental power over such child is exercised by the former person." In other words, marriage does not grant the spouse any rights over the children of their new Husband or Wife.
