• เป็นผู้ที่ได้รับการพิจารณาคุณสมบัติให้เข้าศึกษาจากวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาว่ามีความรู้เทียบเท่าผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาจากโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย และมีอายุ 18 ปีบริบูรณ์
  Students recognized as having academic abilities equivalent or better than upper secondary school graduates in an individual entrance qualification examination conducted by the professional training college, and have reached 18 years of age.

  Students who have completed or are expected to complete their study at international schools in Japan recognized as equivalent to senior high schools overseas
