บีซีพีจี ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 17 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2558 ตามนโยบายการปรับโครงสร้างธุรกิจไฟฟ้าพลังงานหมุนเวียนของ บริษัท บางจาก คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) และบริษัทในเครือ BCPG Public Company Limited was established on 17 July, 2015. Tasked with operating clean and environmentally friendly renewable power businesses, it was created as part of the renewable power business group in the restructuring of the Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited and its subsidiaries.
บริษัท บางจาก คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) (“บริษัทฯ”) และบริษัทย่อย มีรายได้จากการขายและการให้บริการ 39,009 ล้านบาท มีผลกำไรสุทธิ 1,495 ล้านบาท โดยเป็นกำไรสุทธิส่วนของบริษัทใหญ่ 1,316 ล้านบาท คิดเป็นกำไรต่อหุ้น 0.96 บาท The consolidated financial statement recorded revenue from sale of goods and rendering of services of Baht 39,009 million and Net Gain of Baht 1,495 million which was the Net Profit attributable to owners of the Company of Baht 1,316 million, or earning per share of 0.96 Baht.
