สำหรับสมาชิกเอสจีไอ ที่อาศัยอยู่นอกประเทศญี่ปุ่น หากมีความประสงค์ที่จะเข้าร่วมพิธีสวดมนต์ที่วิหารฯ จะต้องปฏิบัติตามระเบียบดังนี้ For members belonging to organizations outside of Japan (SGI members), the following terms must be met in order to participate in the gongyo session at the Hall of the Great Vow for Kosen-rufu:
(2) ในวันที่ท่านจะเข้าร่วมพิธีสวดมนต์ ท่านต้องเข้า ร่วมรับฟังปฐมนิเทศที่สำนักงานใหญ่เอสจีไอ (อาคารที่ระลึกโทดะนานาชาติ) เพื่อรับบัตรผ่านประตู ・Please attend the orientation at the SGI Headquarters on the day you wish to participate in the gongyo session in order to receive your admission ticket. (Reservations cannot be made in advance).
