On 9 September 2018 the commissioner together with Wannapha's two children went to visit Wannapha at the Military Circle 11. After being held under military custody for 6 days Wannapha was brought to the Crime Suppression Division where she was informed of 2 accusation, being member of secret society under section 209 of the Criminal Code and sedition under section 116 of the Criminal Code.
