• บริษัทฯ จะไม่รับผิดชอบ หรือ รับผิดชอบตามกฎหมายต่อการกระทำของท่าน หรือ ผู้จัดการเงินทุนบุคคลของท่านที่ทำโดยประมาท เป็นการประพฤติมิชอบ การทุจริตฉ้อโกง หรือ เจตนาละเลย
  The Company shall not be responsible or liable to you for any negligence, misconduct, fraudulent acts and omissions made by you or your Money Manager.
• 21.4 ให้มีระบบการจัดการและติดตามเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่ามีการปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไข ของสัญญาอย่างครบถ้วน เพื่อป้องกันการทุจริตประพฤติมิชอบในทุกขั้นตอนของกระบวนการจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง
  21.4 Arranging for management and monitoring systems to ensure full compliance with conditions of contracts or agreements to prevent any fraud and misconduct in all steps of the procurement procedures;
• มีส่วนร่วมในการเสริมสร้างความเชื่อมั่นของประชาชนในสถาบันของสหภาพยุโรปโดยการสืบสวนการประพฤติมิชอบอย่างจริงจังโดยเจ้าหน้าที่สหภาพยุโรปและสมาชิกของสถาบันของสหภาพยุโรปและ;
  contributing to strengthening citizens’ trust in the EU Institutions by investigating serious misconduct by EU staff and members of the EU Institutions, and;
• 2) รับทราบการประพฤติมิชอบบ่นของการตัดสินใจการกระทำ (เฉย) ของร่างกายศุลกากรหรืออย่างเป็นทางการในทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วนและใช้เวลาในการร้องเรียนเรื่องของการตัดสินใจในบางส่วนหรือทั้งหมด
  2) held invalid the contested decision, action (inaction) of a customs authority or its officer in full or in part and shall decide on the complaint in whole or in part.
• จัดให้มีระบบการจัดการและการติดตามการปฏิบัติตามสัญญา เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่า มีการปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขของสัญญาอย่างครบถ้วน เพื่อป้องกันการทุจริตประพฤติมิชอบในทุกขั้นตอนของกระบวนการจัดหา
  Providing management and monitoring systems of the compliance of the contract to ensure that compliance with the terms of the contract has been done in its entirety in order to prevent corruption at all stages of the procurement process.
• สำหรับการดำเนินการที่เหมาะสมหากเรามีเหตุผลที่น่าสงสัยว่ากิจกรรมที่ผิดกฎหมายหรือการประพฤติมิชอบในลักษณะร้ายแรงที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบริการของเรานั้นคือกำลังมีส่วนร่วมหรืออาจเข้าร่วม ;
  for taking appropriate action if we have reason to suspect that unlawful activity or misconduct of a serious nature in relation to our services has been, is being or may be engaged in;
• และบริษัทฯได้จัดให้มีมาตรการในการแจ้งเบาะแส ข้อร้องเรียน การกระทำผิดกฎหมาย จรรยาบรรณ หรือพฤติกรรมที่อาจส่งถึงการประพฤติมิชอบของเจ้าหน้าที่ในองค์กรทั้งจากพนักงานบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง และผู้มีส่วนได้เสีย
  And the company has provided practices of whistleblower complaints on illegality, dude of conduct or behavior that may indicate the misconduct of the staffs in the organization, related persons, and stakeholders.
• บริษัทมีนโยบายการดำเนินธุรกิจอย่างโปร่งใสและมีคุณธรรม ดังนั้น ผู้บริหารและพนักงานไม่พึงทำลายชื่อเสียงของบริษัท โดยการประพฤติมิชอบหรือกระทำการใดๆ ที่อาจเป็นข้อครหาในเรื่องความซื่อสัตย์สุจริตและเที่ยงธรรม
  Based on the Company’s policy on business operations with transparency and fairness, executives and staff shall then not damage the Company’s reputation by committing malfeasance or committing any act which may give rise to criticism in terms of integrity and justice.
