การขอได้มาซึ่งที่ดินหรือห้องชุดของคนต่างด้าว และบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคนต่างด้าว Application for Acquisition of Land or Condominium Units by Aliens and Persons Connected with Aliens
ต้องเป็นที่พักอาศัยเป็นหลัก เช่น บ้าน ทาวน์เฮ้าส์ อาคารพาณิชย์ โฮมออฟฟิศ ห้องชุด เป็นต้น Residential properties, e.g., houses, townhouses, commercial buildings, home offices, condominium units, etc.

ข้อ 3 คนต่างด้าวต้องใช้ห้องชุดโดยไม่ขัดต่อจารีตประเพณีหรือวิถีชีวิตอันดีของชุมชนในท้องถิ่นนั้น An alien shall utilize a condominium unit in a way that is not contrary to the local custom or good living of the local community.
เป็นอาคารชุดที่ได้จดทะเบียนมาแล้วไม่น้อยกว่าหนึ่งปีก่อนวันที่คนต่างด้าวขอรับโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ในห้องชุด (2) Have already been registered at least 1 year before the date an alien applies to receive the transfer of ownership of the condominium unit;
สิ่งสำคัญคือต้องรู้ว่าเงินที่ซื้อห้องชุดจะต้องถูกส่งเข้ามาในประเทศไทยจากต่างประเทศเป็นสกุลเงินต่างประเทศ It is important to know that, the funds for the purchase of the condominium unit must be remitted into Thailand from abroad in a foreign currency.
ผ่อนชำระสูงสุดไม่เกิน 35 ปี นับจากวันออกหนังสือกรรมสิทธิ์ห้องชุด (อ.ช.2) ทั้งนี้ อายุผู้กู้เมื่อรวมกับระยะเวลาผ่อนชำระไม่เกิน 75 ปี a maximum of 35 years as of the date of issuance of the condominium unit title deed, Or. Chor. 2, provided that the sum of the tenor period and borrower’s age must not exceed 65 years.
