การโอนหุ้นใช้ยันบริษัทได้เมื่อ บริษัทได้รับคำร้องขอให้ลงทะเบียนโอนหุ้นแล้ว และใช้ยันบุคคลภายนอกได้เมื่อบริษัทได้ลงทะเบียนการโอนหุ้นแล้ว The transfer of shares may be used against the Company upon receipt by the Company of the application for registration of transfer of shares and may be used against any other person only after the Company has registered the transfer of shares in the share register.

ข้อ 6 หุ้นของบริษัทโอนได้โดยไม่มีข้อจำกัด เว้นแต่การโอนหุ้นนั้นเป็นเหตุให้อัตราส่วนการถือหุ้นของคนต่างด้าวขัดหรือแย้งกับข้อ 5 แห่งข้อบังคับนี้ ARTICLE 6: The shares of the Company are transferable without restriction, except that the transfer of shares may cause the proportion of alien shareholdings to become contrary to or inconsistent with Article 5 of these Articles of Association.
ข้อ 7 การโอนหุ้นย่อมสมบูรณ์เมื่อผู้โอนได้สลักหลังใบหุ้น โดยระบุชื่อผู้รับโอนและลงลายมือชื่อของผู้โอนกับผู้รับโอน และส่งมอบใบหุ้นให้แก่ผู้รับโอน ARTICLE 7: A transfer of shares shall be valid on a transferor’s having endorsed a share certificate stating the name of a transferee and the names of the transferor and the transferee having been subscribed thereon and the share certificate having been delivered to the transferee.
ข้อ 17. การโอนหุ้นย่อมสมบูรณ์เมื่อผู้โอนได้สลักหลังใบหุ้น โดยระบุชื่อผู้รับโอนและลงลายมือชื่อของผู้โอนกับผู้รับโอน และส่งมอบใบหุ้นให้แก่ผู้รับโอน Article 17. A transfer of shares shall be valid only with the transferor’s endorsement of the share certificate, which must bear the name of the transferee and the signatures of the transferor and the transferee, and the delivery of the said certificate to the transferee.
ข้อ 10. การโอนหุ้นย่อมสมบูรณ์ เมื่อผู้โอนได้สลักหลังใบหุ้น โดยระบุชื่อผู้รับโอนและลงลายมือชื่อของผู้โอนกับผู้รับโอน และส่งมอบใบหุ้นให้แก่ผู้รับโอน Clause 10 Transfer of share shall be completed when the transferor endorses the share certificate by specifying the transferee name and by signing jointly by both the transferor and the transferee and the share certificate is handed to the transferee.
การโอนหุ้นของบริษัทย่อมกระทำได้โดยไม่มีข้อจำกัด เว้นแต่เพื่อเป็นการรักษาอัตราส่วนการถือหุ้นระหว่างคนไทยกับคนต่างด้าว ตามข้อบังคับของบริษัทข้อ 12. The shares of the Company shall be transferable without limitations unless such limitations are for maintaining the ratio of shareholdings between Thai and alien pursuant to Article 12. hereof.
การโอนหุ้นจะใช้ยันบริษัทได้ต่อเมื่อบริษัทได้รับคำร้องขอให้ลงทะเบียนการโอนหุ้นแล้วและจะใช้ยันบุคคลภายนอกได้เมื่อบริษัทได้ลงทะเบียนการโอนหุ้นแล้ว The transfer of shares may be used as proof to the Company when the Company has received an application to register the transfer; however, it may be used as proof to third parties only once the Company has registered the said transfer.
