ค่ามัดจำมิเตอร์ไฟ 15,000 บาท และค่ามัดจำมิเตอร์น้ำ 5,000 บาท (อาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงตามข้อกำหนดของหน่วยงานรัฐที่เกี่ยวข้อง) The electricity meter deposit is THB 15,000 and water meter deposit is THB 5,000 (these may be subject to change by the relevant government authority).
หากมีรายการเพิ่มเติมภายหลังทำสัญญา บริษัทจะแจ้งราคาให้ท่านทราบก่อน เมื่อท่านตกลงจะต้องชำระเงินส่วนที่เพิ่มเติมก่อนการดำเนินการก่อสร้าง (บริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์งานเพิ่มเติมภายหลังทำสัญญา) The company will apply for the above services with the government authorities on your behalf until completed.
