3.4 กรณีที่ข้อตกลงฯ ฉบับนี้สิ้นสุดลง ไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุใดๆ ไม่เป็นการยกเลิกภาระหน้าที่ใดๆ ซึ่งร้านค้ายังปฏิบัติไม่ครบถ้วนตามข้อผูกพันแห่งข้อตกลงฯ ฉบับนี้ จนกว่าร้านค้าจะปฏิบัติภาระหน้าที่ดังกล่าว จนครบถ้วนแล้ว
3.4 The termination of this Agreement, for whatever reason, shall not abrogate the Merchant’s outstanding obligations under this Agreement until such obligations are completely fulfilled.
