The leaves are silver-green in spring and silver-gray in summer, lanceolate, opposite, 4-14 cm long.
Linear lanceolate stipules reach lengths of up to 1.8 cm and fall very early. During flowering densely flowered, cylindrical earrings appear.
The sundew intermediate is a small plant, up to 8 cm high. The leaves are arcuate, curved, have a lanceolate form and glandular hairs.
