ilioinguinal การใช้

The ilioinguinal nerve runs on the superficial surface of the external spermatic fascia.
It can also occur if the ilioinguinal nerve has accidentally been cut during a hernia repair.
The ilioinguinal nerve which runs anterior to the spermatic cord may be damaged during the operation and cause numbness over the inner thigh or chronic groin and scrotal pain.
The ilioinguinal nerve then perforates the transversus abdominis near the anterior part of the iliac crest, and communicates with the iliohypogastric nerve between the transversus and the internal oblique muscle.
3 nerves : genital branch of the genitofemoral nerve ( L1 / 2 ), sympathetic and visceral afferent fibres, ilioinguinal nerve ( N . B . outside spermatic cord but travels next to it)
