วิธีการ คือ นำกะหล่ำปลี ไข่ไก่และส่วนประกอบอื่น ๆ เช่น เนื้อ ปลาหมึก ฯลฯ มาผสมลงไปในแป้งสาลีที่ละลายน้ำไว้แล้ว จากนั้นนำไปทอดบนกระทะเหล็กขนาดใหญ่โดยแผ่แป้งให้มีลักษณะแบน ราดซอสสูตรพิเศษแล้วรับประทาน
