มาตรา ๒๙ ให้นำบทบัญญัติตามประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ว่าด้วยครอบครัวและมรดกมาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลมเพียงเท่าที่ไม่ขัดหรือแย้งกับบทบัญญัติแห่งพระราชบัญญัตินี้ Section 29 The provisions of the Civil and Commercial Code on the family and the Succession shall apply considering but not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act.

มาตรา 6 สิทธิการเช่าตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ให้สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นหลักประกันการชำระหนี้โดยการจำนองได้และให้นำบทบัญญัติเกี่ยวกับการจำนองอสังหาริมทรัพย์มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม Section 6 The right of hire under this Act can be used as collateral for the performance of an obligation by mortgage and the provisions of mortgage on immovable property shall apply mutatis mutandis.
6.3 เมื่อสัญญาเป็นอันเลิกกันแล้วท่านจะต้องขนย้ายสิ่งของออกจากพื้นที่บริการและคืนพื้นที่บริการให้แก่ ผู้ให้บริการโดยทันที โดยให้นำการจัดการกับสิ่งของให้นำข้อ 3. และข้อ 4. มาใช้โดยอนุโลม 6.3 You are obliged to remove all of your Goods from the Unit and return the Unit to the Provider immediately upon the termination of the Contract and the management of the Goods in No.3 and No.4 of this Agreement shall be applied to this case mutatis mutandis.

วิธีพิจารณา การยื่น และการรับฟังพยานหลักฐาน หากพระราชบัญญัตินี้มิได้บัญญัติไว้โดยเฉพาะ ให้นำกฎหมายว่าด้วยการจัดตั้งศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัวและวิธีพิจารณาคดีเยาวชนและครอบครัวมาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม With respect to the procedure, entry of documents and taking of evidence, where no provision of this Act is specifically applicable, the law on establishment of juvenile and family courts and procedure thereof shall apply mutatis mutandis.
