แล้วมะลาอิกะฮฺทั้งมวลก็ได้ก้มลงสุญูด So the angels prostrated - all of them entirely.

Then We said to the angels, "Prostrate to Adam"; so they prostrated, except for Iblees. He was not of those who prostrated.

และจงรำลึกถึง ขณะที่เราได้กล่าวแก่มะลาอิกะฮฺว่า พวกเจ้าจงสุยูด แก่อาดัมเถิด แล้วพวกเขาก็สุยูดกัน นอกจากอิบลีส โดยที่มันไม่ยอมสุยูด และแสดงโอหัง และมันจึงได้กลายเป็นผู้สิ้นสภาพแห่งการศรัทธา (กาฟิรฺ) And [mention] when We said to the angels, "Prostrate before Adam"; so they prostrated, except for Iblees. He refused and was arrogant and became of the disbelievers.
