  Note�G�iArticle Two of the Nationality Act�j According to Article Two of the Nationality Act, a person who fits one of the following descriptions is considered as being a national of the Republic of China:

  Note�G�iArticle Two of the Nationality Law�j According to Article Two of the Nationality Law, a person who fits one or more of the following definitions is considered possessing the nationality of the Republic of China:
• ทั้งนี้ผู้สมัครต้องไม่เป็นบุคคลที่กฎหมายสัญชาติไต้หวันมาตรา 2 กำหนด คือไม่มีสัญชาติไต้หวันและไม่ได้มีสถานภาพเป็นชาวจีนโพ้นทะเล(รวมถึงฮ่องกง มาเก๊าและจีนแผ่นดินใหญ่)
  3.How do you define ��international student��? A�GAn international student is defined as follows: Any applicant who is not a citizen of the Republic of China as defined in Article 2 of the Nationality Act, is not a citizen of Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China, and does not have the status of overseas Chinese.

  (e) Examination. The attorney must pass a written examination designed to demonstrate sufficient knowledge, skills, proficiency, and professionalism in the field of immigration and nationality law to justify the representation of special competence to the legal profession and the public.
• การยุติการเลือกปฏิบัติทุกรูปแบบในกฎหมายสัญชาติยังช่วยให้ประชาคมนานาชาติได้ทำตามคำมั่นสัญญาที่รัฐต่างๆ ได้ให้ไว้ในการดำเนินการเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ที่ว่า “จะไม่ทิ้งใครไว้ข้างหลัง”
  Ending all forms of discrimination in nationality laws would help the international community live up to the commitment all States made when adopting the Sustainable Development Agenda to “leave no one behind.”
