เป็นผู้ก่อตั้งนิกายนิจิเร็นซึ่งนับเป็นหนึ่งในศาสนาพุทธยุคคามาคุระ (ลัทธิฮกเกะ) Nichiren was a Buddhist monk during the Kamakura Period. He was the founder of the Nichiren (or Hokke) Sect of Kamakura Buddhism.
