Take the pets (dogs, cats) to request for the animal or animal remains import permit (R. 7) from the Animal Quarantine at the airport
Passengers must submit an application for an export permit and take their pets for a health check at the AQS no more than 3 days prior to the date of departure
Filing a petition for importation into the Kingdom of Thailand (Form R 1/1) at least 15 days in advance at the checkpoint of animals to be imported, such as Bangkok, Chiang Mai.
