• นำสัตว์เลี้ยง (สุนัข, แมว) ไปขออนุญาตนำสัตว์หรือซากสัตว์เข้ามาในราชอาณาจักร (ร.7) จากด่านกักกันสัตว์ ณ ท่าอากาศยาน

• ผู้โดยสารต้องยื่นคำขออนุญาตส่งสัตว์ออก (แบบ ร.1/1) และตรวจสุขภาพสัตว์ก่อนการเดินทางไม่เกิน 3 วัน ที่ด่านกักกันสัตว์

• ยื่นคำร้องขออนุญาตนำสัตว์เข้าในราชอาณาจักร (แบบ ร.1/1) ล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่า 15 วัน ณ ด่านกักกันสัตว์ที่จะนำเข้า เช่น ท่าอากาศยานกรุงเทพฯ ,เชียงใหม่ โดยมีเอกสารประกอบ ดังนี้

• ผู้มีความประสงค์ส่งออกสัตว์ จะต้องติดต่อขออนุญาต ณ ด่านกักกันสัตว์ที่ประสงค์จะส่งออกล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่า 7 วัน เช่น ท่าอากาศยานกรุงเทพ เชียงใหม่ , ภูเก็ต ฯลฯ โดยกรอก คำร้องแบบ ร.1/1
