• ผู้ว่าราชการ กรุงเทพมหานคร พิจารณาอุทธรณ์ แล้วแจ้งเป็นหนังสือไป ยังผู้อุทธรณ์
  The Governor of Bangkok consider the appeal, and inform in writing to the appellant.
• ผู้ร้องเรียนมีหน้าที่ในการตรวจสอบคำสั่งฟื้นฟูกิจการและสถานะบุคคลล้มละลาย จากกรมบังคับคดีโดยตรง
  Appellant is responsible for monitoring the status of individual rehabilitation and falling status. Directly from the court.
• สำนักงาน ก.ล.ต. ต้องพิจารณาและแจ้งผลให้ผู้อุทธรณ์ทราบภายใน 30 วันนับแต่วันที่สำนักงาน ก.ล.ต. ได้รับอุทธรณ์
  The SEC shall, within 30 days from the date on which it has received the appeal, notify the appellant of its consideration.
• บริษัทจะให้ความเป็นธรรม และให้ความคุ้มครองแก่พนักงาน ผู้ร้องเรียน พยาน หรือผู้ที่แจ้งเบาะแส หรือให้ความร่วมมือในกรณีการทุจริตคอร์รัปชั่นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบริษัท
  The Company shall be fair and safeguard all employees, appellant, witness or persons who report / incorporate with corruption cases involving the Company.
• หากผู้ถูกสั่งลงโทษไม่เห็นด้วยกับผลการพิจารณาของคณะกรรมการ ก.ล.ต. ผู้ถูกสั่งลงโทษสามารถฟ้องคดีต่อศาลปกครองได้ภายใน 90 วันนับแต่วันที่รู้หรือควรรู้ถึงผลการพิจารณาของคณะกรรมการ ก.ล.ต.
  If disagrees with the SEC Board’s consideration, the appellant is entitled to file a case with the Administrative Court within 90 days from the date on which the appellant has learned or should have learned of the SEC Board’s consideration.
• หากผู้ถูกสั่งลงโทษไม่เห็นด้วยกับผลการพิจารณาของคณะกรรมการ ก.ล.ต. ผู้ถูกสั่งลงโทษสามารถฟ้องคดีต่อศาลปกครองได้ภายใน 90 วันนับแต่วันที่รู้หรือควรรู้ถึงผลการพิจารณาของคณะกรรมการ ก.ล.ต.
