• The Law no . 425 from 15 May 1941 regulated the unemployed compulsoriness to work for civic use ( for both the Romanians and Jews ).
• A short-lived " loi Bouquier " ( 29 frimaire an II ) was soon replaced by the " loi Daunou " of 3 brumaire an IV ( 25 October 1795 ), which organises the elementary schools, taking away the compulsoriness, and reinstating school fees.
