  Article 277. Transfer declarant temporarily imported goods in the possession and use of another person with the permission of the customs authority
• 2 สินค้านำเข้าชั่วคราวจะต้องอยู่ในความครอบครองจริงและการใช้แถลงการณ์ยกเว้นที่ระบุไว้ในมาตรา 276 และ 277 ข้อตกลงฉบับนี้
  Temporarily imported goods must be in actual possession and use of the declarant, except as specified in Sections 276 and 277 hereof.

  3) if the declarant within one year before applying to the customs authority brought to administrative responsibility under article 16.20 of the Code of Administrative Offences;
