disomic การใช้
- Disomic means that only two chromosomes pair, the same as normal.
- Nullisomy is caused by non-disjunction during meiosis that causes two of the gametes to have no chromosomal material, leaving the other two gametes to have double the amount of chromosomal material ( disomic ).
- When it is allopolyploid it will be AA, BB, CC and DD . Thus four disomic chromosomes are characterictic of a allopolyploid . ( the diploid in each case has two disomic chromosome pairs ).
