• Objective : to evaluate the technique and effectiveness of microlaryngoscopic surgery for laryngostenosis
• Method : the clinical data of suspension microlaryngoscopic surgery in 7 patients with laryngostenosis were retrospectively analyzed
• Results : four patients with laryngostenosis after vertical partial laryngectomy were extubated ; 2 patients with decompensation were cured ; 1 patient with decompensation caused by laryngeal trauma was cured too
