• This species is about one inch long and resembles both Anthia Caillaudii and lunulated spots.
• There are numerous transverse blackish pale-bordered undulating lines, and a marginal lunulated line.
• The hindwings are orange, with a trace of a medial line and a suffused lunulated postmedial stripe which is edged with pale externally.
