• In October 2010, we officially opened the Alvernia Parentcraft Centre, a dedicated one-stop centre for ante-natal care, childbirth education and newborn baby care.
• Equipped with cosy private consultation rooms and staffed by experienced lactation consultants and parentcraft counsellors, the Centre fulfilled the needs of both parents with newborns and those preparing for childbirth.
• When she sent off to an agent the idea for a book about three Yorkshire women who fall pregnant at the same time, based on her own experience of joining'a club'of women in the know after having had babies, and the experiences derived from her parentcraft classes, she secured her first two book deal with Simon and Schuster.
