pargasite การใช้
- Pargasite is a rare magnesium-rich amphibole with essential sodium, usually found in ultramafic rocks.
- Clinopyroxene + orthopyroxene + amphibole ( hornblende and pargasite ) or amphibole + biotite + minor amounts of pyroxene are subordinate components.
- This corundum band is contained within a broader phlogopite and pargasite-enriched alteration zone referred to as the Host Zone Alteration.
- Biotite ( usually phlogopite ) and amphibole ( usually pargasite or other magnesian hornblende ) are panidiomorphic; all are euhedral, well formed.
- More common is to find phenocrysts of pyroxene, olivine, plagioclase and even magmatic amphibole such as pargasite rhombohedra, pseudomorphed by hornblende amphibole.
- "' Pargasite "'is a complex inosilicate mineral of the amphibole group with formula NaCa 2 ( Mg 4 Al ) ( Si 6 Al 2 ) O 22 ( OH ) 2.
