  Unenforceable Provisions
• หากข้อกำหนดใด ๆ ของข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้ถูกระงับไม่ให้มีผลบังคับใช้หรือ
  If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or
• (ค) คำพิพากษาของศาล หรือคำชี้ขาดของอนุญาโตตุลาการไม่สามารถนำไปใช้บังคับได้
  (c) The court judgment or the arbitration award is unenforceable.
• หากเงื่อนไขบางส่วนหรือทั้งหมดในข้อตกลงนี้เป็นโมฆะ จะไม่ส่งผลกระทบต่อเงื่อนไขในข้ออื่นๆ
  If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

  If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for

  If any provision of this agreement is void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.

  If for any reason, any provision herein is found void or unenforceable, it will be severed to the extent void or unenforceable and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

  In the event any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

  In the event any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

  Provisions within these terms and conditions that are considered invalid, illegal, or unenforceable will not affect other provisions of the agreement; all other provisions within these terms and conditions will be considered effective and enforceable.
• ถ้าหากข้อกำหนดใดๆ ในข้อตกลงฉบับนี้เป็นโมฆะหรือบังคับใช้ไม่ได้ ภายใต้กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ข้อกำหนดส่วนอื่นจะมีผลบังคับใช้อย่างเต็มที่ต่อไป
  If any provision in these Terms is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• หากข้อหนึ่งข้อใดในข้อกำหนดนี้ไม่สมบูรณ์ หรือไม่อาจใช้บังคับได้ ให้ถือว่าส่วนที่ยังสมบูรณ์และยังใช้บังคับได้นั้น ยังคงมีผลใช้บังคับอยู่ต่อไป
  The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision of these Terms will not affect validity, legality and enforceability of any other provisions which will remain in full force and effect.
• หากข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขใดๆ ในฉบับนี้ ผิดกฎหมายหรือไม่สามารถบังคับใช้ได้ ข้อตกลงดังกล่าวจะถือเป็นโมฆะ และข้อตกลงอืนๆ ยังคงถือว่ามีผลบังคับใช้ได้
  If any provision of these T&C is held to be illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from these T&C and all other provisions shall remain in force unaffected by such severance.

  (b) If any provision of this agreement is held by a court of jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  (a) If any provision of this agreement is held by a court of jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• ต่อมาศาลพิพากษาว่าประกาศคสช. เป็นกฎหมายที่มีผลย้อนหลังและมีผลกับเฉพาะบุคคล ใช้บังคับไม่ได้ จึงลงโทษในความผิดฐานฝ่าฝืนคำสั่งเจ้าพนักงาน ให้ปรับ 500 บาท
  Later, the court ruled that such orders are retroactive and negatively affect specific persons. The orders, therefore, are unenforceable. The court fined him 500 baht for disobeying the authorities under the Criminal Code.
• หากมีเงื่อนไขใดๆ ของข้อตกลงนี้มีข้อผิดพลาด หรือ ไม่สามารถบังคับใช้โดยศาล หรือ บทบัญญัติของศาลที่มีเขตอำนาจ ข้อความอื่นในข้อตกลงจะยังมีผลและบังคับใช้
  If any provision of this agreement is held invalid or unenforceable by a court or regulatory body of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
• หากมีเงื่อนไขใดๆ ของข้อตกลงนี้มีข้อผิดพลาด หรือ ไม่สามารถบังคับใช้โดยศาล หรือ บทบัญญัติของศาลที่มีเขตอำนาจ ข้อความอื่นในข้อตกลงจะยังมีผลและบังคับใช้
  If any provision of this agreement shall be held invalid or unenforceable by a court or regulatory body of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
• หากมีเงื่อนไขใดๆ ของข้อตกลงนี้มีข้อผิดพลาด หรือ ไม่สามารถบังคับใช้โดยศาล หรือ บทบัญญัติของศาลที่มีเขตอำนาจ ข้อความอื่นในข้อตกลงจะยังมีผลและบังคับใช้
  If any provision of this Agreement shall be held invalid or unenforceable by a court or regulatory body of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
