- 1 / 2 cup unsweetened Dutch process cocoa powder; preferably imported
- 4 ounces bittersweet ( not unsweetened ) or semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 cups fresh raspberries ( or frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed)
- Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and ground coffee or unsweetened cocoa powder.
- The liquor is poured into molds that harden into unsweetened chocolate.
