• โอนมารับราชการที่กรมไปรษณีย์โทรเลข และดำรงตำแหน่งที่สำคัญๆ (พ.ศ.2515)

• 1) เมื่อซื้อวิทยุแล้วจะต้องขอใบอนุญาตใช้วิทยุสื่อสาร การขออนุญาตจากกรมไปรษณีย์โทรเลข เรียกว่า "ใบอนุญาต" ซึ่งค่าใบอนุญาต เครื่องละ 535 บาท (รวมภาษี 7%) ใช้ได้ตลอดอายุของเครื่อง
