• ในการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของคณะกรรมการบริษัทและคณะกรรมการชุดย่อยทั้งคณะ และรายบุคคลดังกล่าวได้กำหนดเกณฑ์การประเมินผลเป็น 5 ระดับ ตามระดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยที่ได้จากการประเมินโดยกรรมการแต่ละคน ดังนี้
