• สำหรับผู้ที่ยังไม่มีพื้นฐานจะต้องศึกษาวิชาเสริมพื้นฐานให้ได้ระดับ P (ผ่าน) ก่อนเปิดภาคการศึกษาที่1 โดยไม่นับหน่วยกิตสะสม
  Students that not graduate in Library and Information Science must study and get P (Pass) in Pre-courses with not count for accumulative credits.
• นักศึกษาผู้ใดได้ศึกษารายวิชาต่างๆ ตามหลักสูตรในสาขาวิชาบรรณารักษศาสตร์และสารสนเทศศาสตร์ได้หน่วยกิตสะสมไม่น้อยกว่า 103 หน่วยกิต ตามเงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้ มีสิทธิได้รับอนุปริญญา
  Students with a minimum accumulation of 103 credits in Library and Information Science courses are entitled to a diploma in Libarary and Information Science under the following conditions:
