  Some people have naturally less macrophages (CD16-positive monocytes).
• จะต้องมีจำนวนเม็ดเลือดขาวชนิดโมโนไซต์ที่ให้ผลบวกกับ CD16 มากกว่า 500 เซลล์ขึ้นไป
  The sample has to have more than 500 CD16-positive cells in the sample to be evaluated.
