  Assist in negotiations between seller and buyer, and lessor and lessee.
• หากผู้ให้เช่าไม่ต้องการต่ออายุสัญญาเช่าเขามีหน้าที่ต้องซื้อคืนอาคาร (จะถูกกำหนดในข้อ)

• บริษัทมีสิทธิในการปฏิเสธการให้เช่ารถหรือขยายสัญญาการเช่ารถฉบับปัจจุบัน ออกโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งเหตุผลใดๆ
  The Lessor shall have the right to refuse to rent a car or to extend the current agreement without giving any reasons.
• ในกรณีที่ผู้เช่าต้องการขยายสัญญาเช่าไปจากเดิมนั้น ผู้เช่าต้องแจ้งไปยังบริษัทล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่า 4 วัน
  If the rental term specified in the agreement is changed, the Lessor must be notified beforehand. No less than four days.
• ในกรณีที่ส่งคืนรถยนต์ก่อนวันที่ ที่ระบุไว้นั้น บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่คืนเงินสำหรับวันที่ไม่ได้ใช้รถยนต์
  If the car is returned before the specified term, the Lessor reserves the right not to issue a refund for unused days.
• ผู้ให้เช่ามีสิทธิ์ยกเลิกการเช่าได้ทันที หากผู้เช่าไม่ปฏิบัติตามข้อตกลง หรือเกิดความเสียหายขึ้นกับตัวรถ
  The Lessor has the right to terminate the rental and take immediate possession the vehicle, if the renter fails to comply with the terms of this agreement or if the vehicle is damaged.
• ผู้ให้เช่าไม่สามารถเรียกเก็บค่าเช่าล่วงหน้าได้เกินกว่าหนึ่งเดือน และเงินประกันมูลค่าเกินกว่าค่าเช่าหนึ่งเดือน
  The lessor will be prohibited to ask for any more than just one month's rent deposit and one month's security deposit.
• ในกรณีที่นำรถส่งคืนก่อนเวลาที่ระบุไว้ในสัญญา ทางบริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่คืนเงินสำหรับส่วนต่างในวันที่ไม่ได้ใช้รถ

• สิ่งสำคัญ, สัญญา 3 ปี หรือนานกว่านั้นมีผลบังคับใช้แม้ในกรณีที่ผู้ให้เช่าได้ให้เช่าซื้อหรือในกรณีที่มีการขายที่ดินไป
  Importantly, lease agreements of 3 years or longer are valid even upon the demise of the lessor, or in the event that the land is sold.

• ผู้เช่ามีสิทธิบอกเลิกสัญญาเช่าก่อนสิ้นสุดสัญญาได้ โดยต้องบอกกล่าวเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรให้ผู้ให้เช่ารับทราบล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่าสามสิบวัน
  The lessee has the right to terminate the lease agreement prior to contract expiry, but must notify the lessor at least 30 days before the intended termination date.
• ผู้ให้เช่าไม่สามารถกําหนดอัตราค่าบริการกระแสไฟฟ้าและน้ำประปาเกินกว่าอัตราที่ผู้ให้บริการกระแสไฟฟ้าน้ำประปาเรียกเก็บจากผู้ให้เช่าได้
  The lessor is prohibited to stipulate electricity and water charge rates exceeding the rates applied by the main utility providers.
• รถที่นำมาให้บริการ เป็นรถที่ทางผู้ให้เช่าได้ตรวจเช็คอย่างสม่ำเสมอ ด้วยศูนย์บริการ มาตรฐาน ซ่อมบำรุงตามระยะ เพื่อความปลอดภัยทุกการเดินทางของผู้เช่า
