• ท่านเป็นคนต่างด้าวที่มีสิทธิพำนักอาศัยชั่วคราวในสหรัฐฯ ตามวัตถุประสงค์ทางภาษีเมื่อ:
  You are a US nonresident alien for tax purposes if:
• ทั้งนี้ ยอดคงค้างในบัญชี ณ สิ้นวันสำหรับบัญชีแต่ละประเภทต้องไม่เกิน 200 ล้านบาทต่อราย และห้ามโอนเงินระหว่างบัญชีแต่ละประเภท
  The total daily outstanding balances for each type of account shall not exceed THB 200 million per nonresident. Transfers between different types of accounts are not allowed.
• (1) ชาวต่างประเทศที่ย้ายภูมิลำเนาเข้ามาอยู่ในราชอาณาจักร ต้องเป็นผู้ได้รับโควต้าเข้าเมืองตามที่ ปรากฏในหนังสือเดินทาง หรือใบประจำตัวคนต่างด้าว หรือ
  (1) Nonresidents changing their residence into Thailand must be granted a non-immigrant quota as shown in their passports or Nonresident Identification Cards; or
• ยอดคงค้างในชีวิตประจำวันสำหรับประเภทของแต่ละบัญชีจะต้องไม่เกิน 300 ล้านบาทต่อสถาบันการเงินต่างประเทศ บริการรถรับส่งระหว่างประเภทที่แตกต่างกันของบัญชีไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
